Elliegantly Made owner Ellie Birch has always had a passion for baking and more than an eye for detail. She started taking baking more seriously in 2012, after her mum passed along a cake decorating magazine and inspired her to start experimenting.
Following success with various recipes and techniques, she soon realised she had a natural flair for cake-making, and wanted it to be more than a hobby. Not long after, the Elliegantly Made bakery was born in Hull, East Yorkshire.
Over the years, her business has gone from strength to strength, mainly thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations from her happy customers. In the pursuit of perfection, Ellie regularly undertakes additional training and courses to hone her cake making skills to the best they can be.
Ellie treats each celebration cake as if it were for her own family, and takes great pride in coming up with unique ideas that put smiles on everyone’s faces. The idea is that every cake looks too incredible to cut, but the taste more than makes up for it when you do.

Prices quoted are for collection, but delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. We can also cater to gluten-free and dairy-free diets. The bakery has a five-star Food Hygiene Rating.
